About our Church

A brief history of our Church. This Church was started in the year 1969 by Pastor Paul Muruges in a small town called Port Dickson. He rented a small wooden house and started the ministry. An aged woman came to the Lord and followed by her family . As years passed more souls were saved and the church started to grow. As the membership increased the Pastor Arul Dass had to shift to a bigger house to have Sunday worship service . He then visited the nearby rubber & oil palm plantation estates distributing the tracts and did open air evangelism. In the year 1984 many souls were saved.  In one of the estate called Perhentian Tinggi, 10 families together accepted the Lord Jesus. Upon the request of the members the estate management  gave a piece of land to build a place for worship. In the year 1984 by the goodwill support of some good Christians the Pastor Arul Dass managed to build a small chapel for worship.

The ministry grew well and more souls were saved in surrounding areas and started to come to the church. Due to the lack of place Pastor Arul Dass had to expand the church building.  In the year 1987 Pastor Paul Muruges retired from the ministry due to his old age and health condition. Thereby he ordained his eldest son Arul Dass as the Pastor.

From the year 1987 Pastor Arul Dass continued the ministry in Port Dickson town and  more souls has been saved. The Pastor then decided to get a proper and permanent place to continue the ministry. By the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ he was able to buy a double storey terrace corner house through a bank loan and renovated the house suitable for worship and to accommodate about 100 members.

Two worship services are held every sunday morning 10.00 -12.00 a.m in Port Dickson church and evening service 5.00 p.m- 7.00 pm in Perhentian Tinggi church, which currently shifted to Seremban Jaya.

Recently in the year 2012 Pastor Arul Dass celebrated his 25th Anniversary in Ministry. With the Grace of our LORD JESUS CHRIST he and his family were able to do this ministry for God all these years. All Grace and Glory to Jesus Alone! The Anniversary was held in a rented hall in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
